Practice 01

Bookkeeping, kept current.

Monthly closes, reconciliations, and reporting prepared with care. Books that finish on time and hold up to scrutiny — whether you're a sole proprietor or consolidating multiple entities.

What We Do

Clean books, finished on time.

Each month closes with reconciled accounts, categorized transactions reviewed by a real person, and reports that actually tell you something useful. When a number looks off, we flag it and ask before guessing.

The clients who stay with us longest are the ones who came to us in the middle of a mess. We don't make anyone feel embarrassed about the starting point — we sort it out, lock it in, and keep it that way.

Scope

What's included each month.

Flat-rate monthly engagement. Scope adapts to transaction volume and entity complexity, but the standard does not change.

Account Reconciliations

Bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts tied out monthly to statements. Discrepancies investigated, not papered over.

Transaction Coding

Categorization to a chart of accounts that fits how you actually think about the business, reviewed by a person before close.

Month-End Close

By the fifteenth of each month: a closed prior month with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow ready and reviewed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

AP/AR tracking, aging reports, and a clean trail of what is owed and to whom.

Year-End Readiness

Clean handoff to your tax preparer — or to us — with no December scramble.

Cleanup & Catch-Up

Backlogs and broken records, sorted and brought current. Often the right place to start.

"Catch the mistake in March and you fix it in an hour. Catch it in October and you spend a week."
